Thank you for keeping us updated. I would be tempted to make a personal trip to the factory while the unit is there because there seems to be such a large lack of communication that I highly doubt the issue has been properly identified and likely not properly repaired.
We were very close to pulling the trigger on a new Montana in 2012. Now that I have seen the horrible ordeal you have been through Keystone is certainly off the list of possible future units for us.
