Possible frame weld broken on new Montana

I've told the GM of my dealer that I would like to go up there but was told I could go to the main factory, however no one is allowed in the warranty shop. I wanted to go pick up the unit myself and was told by Keystone that their policy is to deliver the unit back to the selling dealer.
I truly do not know what to believe now. She said I would have an itemized repair list of not only what the problem was, but how it was remedied. They can't even tell me now what has gone on so not sure I believe that.
