I truly do not know what to believe now. She said I would have an itemized repair list of not only what the problem was, but how it was remedied. They can't even tell me now what has gone on so not sure I believe that.
They probably don't want customers in their repair shop so they can cover up the production mistakes and therefore they can choose what they report.
