The obviously don't care. Throughout the whole process you have given them opportunities to make ANYTHING right even the littlest of details like honoring their time commitments.
After all that I couldn't or wouldn't continue down the road with their brand advertised behind my truck.
ANY manufacturer can have a defect, even one as big as yours. That only speaks partially about the quality of the company. What speaks volumes is what they do to make it right.
Looking at the quality of their welding and seemingly general incompetence to make a timely repair and value their commitments in the face of what should be absolute shame to the company I have come to the conclusion that this manufacturer doesn't place much value in their campers or their reputation. Failures like this must be run of the mill and not of any real concern to Keystone manufacturing.
