Totally forgot to report on that. The units were tested and met all parameters. However, they had to re-tape the ducts as they were coming loose inside. They were letting a good bit of air escape into the roof. Then they installed new styled vents(with new covers) that are only about 1" deep which helps the air come out of the ducts as the others were almost 3" tall. Also if you remember, my dealer found a bad control board on the rear unit last November, but it's been too cold to use the AC to see if that helped. Supposedly the air flow has been greatly increased. I'll have to wait until the end of next week when we get the rig to the campground to see if it helps.
Some people have been taking out the vents that came in theirs and cutting them down with either a razor or a Dremel tool to increase air flow. I never got to that point as ours just didn't cool either. That is reportedly repaired by the control board.
Good deal. From what I've read here, poorly taped/attached ductwork is a common cause of what you experienced.
