Monty - just looking through the two threads I follow of this debacle have to ask if you ever got an answer or photos as to whether the actual Lippert frame was cracked as they originally reported to you and if so, was it fixed? It looks like after your kicking and screaming just about everything else was done, or, at least mostly.
