The floor manager now claims that she never said that the steel frame had a broken weld, but the GM and I both know what she said and what they were waiting on. They did figure out that I was posting the debacle on the net, so that may have changed the way they communicated with me, of that makes any sense to you. I know good and well they didn't wait two weeks on an aluminum welder as they dozens in their plant.
