Man, that is aggravating! :M
Years ago our last fifth wheel was broken into and had several thousand dollars in damage done. I ended up taking the trailer back to the dealer about 6 times over the course of 6 months to get everything done. One thing would be done and several others not but like you, we had trips planned so we took it and had to take it back. How some people in this industry keep their jobs is beyond me....
