Still no reply from Montana. 5 calls and 8 emails later with no response. I was warned that this particular manager would do this very thing by PMs on this and other forums. Shelley apparently has gotten quite the reputation for not following up on any promises made during the problem. Although I was told that see a service survey from them, I've yet to see that either. In the words of another poster, "Looks like typical Keystone" apparently.
