Of course they don't want to give you an extended warranty. They know better than anyone that future failures are likely. Holy **** I can't believe how poor Keystone as a company truly is when it comes to customer service.
Consider making a youtube video highlighting the endless heartaches you have had with your unit and get the word out just how bad it is to deal with these morons.
I have to wonder how much Thor has to do with these ridiculous battles they are willing to engage with good customers.
