What a ridiculous statement - and most likely made without reading the entire thread. I too have a Montana but a '14, and it has had a few minor aches and pains, but not at the level and lack of commitment for rectifying by the manufacturer as the OP. I would think twice about purchasing another Thor/Keystone product or for that fact, any other brand without a lot of research as to customer service and what this is thread is really all about.
