Again like I said this is a sad story and it sucks Keystone has not Handled this right,he has been posting the same Nightmare story on the Montana Owners Forum and most of us just don't get why this happened but this is NOT the Norm for most of us that have dealt with Montana/Keystone Customer Service they have been great to me and most folks but they sure dropped the ball on this one for sure Again Keystone sells 4-5K of JUST Montana's a year this is one bad experience and there has been more over the years Just put it perspective is all I am saying Before jumping to the conclusion that Keystone Sucks because it just Ain't true or they would be out of Business a long time Ago instead of being #1 in sales for a Long time with a whole lot of repeat customers
