I got a response from them late Thursday afternoon saying they were sorry that they hadn't been in touch with me sooner. We were offered a 5 month extended warranty which would be until August. Since the regular warranty expired over 48 days ago and no communication with them since, it really kind of was a slap in the face to us as it would only be a 90 day warranty. That wouldn't even cover the down time of the unit at the dealer, collision center and back to the factory. Since we are still having issues with the AC units and since they were never tested at the factory like the work order said they would be I explained that to them. Dometic said last week that their units are functioning as they were designed and that it must be in the "delivery system" to the inside of the coach. I also mentioned that our unit has some damage to the rear hitch, which was not there when it left, the rear bumper has been replaced and no one knows why or will own up to it, and a much more minor thing is that the bay door they replaced the weather stripping on is now pouring water during rainy days(just fixed that today myself). I would just like to know why the bumper was replaced. Was it an accident on the road? At the factory? Also on Thursday, we received a fine from the State of Indiana stating our camper was photographed going around a toll plaza when it was being delivered back to GA!! Makes me wonder about the driver now, which might have something to do with the bumper.(who knows!)
We've now towed the unit about 125 miles and the nose has been intact. Very thankful for that. We'll see what they say about my response to their offer. In the mean time, we are preparing for our annual Myrtle Beach trip at the end of the month. The AC units will get a test there. Hopefully they will be better than last year.
I hate to say it, but I think legal action may be necessary. At the very least, I'd contact the Indiana MVD and ask them about an affidavit stating that you deny skipping the toll and report Keystone as the ones towing it. I'd also ask if they take pictures of the TV on offending trailers. I had zero desire to own any Keystone product and, were I given one now, I'd take the "cash option" and not even take possession of one.

Problem being with toll roads is that they never take the front of the vehicle only the back plate ...If I was the OP I'd ask the Dealer who was the transport company who deliver the trailer, the dealer has to have a bill of laden from the driver/transport company...
This BTW could get the driver fired for sure ....
