Posting pictures

I am sorry for being redundant but how do you post pictures here. It says to copy URL link using the icon in the tool bar but my picture file shows nothing of a url.
If you can't tell, I'm not good at this.

    Can't you right-click then click on "copy image location"? Paste that into the URL box.
