Power to Slides & Front Compartment with Battery

Yesterday my slides were working in the morning and afternoon and then when it was time to close up the slides did not work. Here is what I did and noticed so I am stuck. BATTERY Volt reading about...

What brand RV? Our Montana 5er has 12 VDC driven hydraulic slides with auto reset breakers. Those breakers weaken after a while and cease to reset.

When we had a Titanium with electric motor gear driven slides. I had the power line to the electric motors come off. It had been sitting for a couple months.
