Power to Slides & Front Compartment with Battery

Yesterday my slides were working in the morning and afternoon and then when it was time to close up the slides did not work. Here is what I did and noticed so I am stuck. BATTERY Volt reading about...

When you push the slide switch do you hear a relay/solenoid click? Monitor the voltage and push the switch and see if voltage drops out.

May just me a battery not charged issue.

When the truck is plugged in voltage should get up into to the mid 13 range. What is the tow vehicle? OEM most GM's have to have the charge lead that is tied back under the hood connected for them to charge a trailer battery.
