RESOLVED: My new procedure is going to be
1) check fuses
2) check fuses again
3) check fuses one more time
So as you can see it turned out to be a fuse after 3 days of trial and error.
-1st)I visually checked the fuses and did not see any problems
-2nd) I used a cheap Fuse Tool Fuse Puller Detector Test and the light lit up green on them all.
-3rd) I noticed the Living Room fuse has a red light lit up next to it which said was a bad connection, pushed that in all the way and light went out and thought I was good, but the slides still did not work, nor did the awnings, or exterior lights (all of these switches "slides, exterior lights")
-4th) I was ready to give up but saw a mechanic on YouTube using a Multimeter to test the fuses and thought I would give it a shot - and guess what, the Living Room fuse was bad
-5th) Put a new fuse in and pushed slide 1 in and heard that lovely sound of my slides coming in!!!!
-6th) I saved the master bedroom slide for last and it did not work, I was too excited about getting all the other in I did not care but went back to step 1
-7th) Checked the fuses again and all were good
-8th) Last, back to the Slide Control Panel I had to do a manual override which was to push the mode button 6 times and hold on the 7th until green/red lights flash and then I was able to get the slide in
