There are many mid priced mid profile bunk house fifth wheel models at the 12k or so weight. Most require a 1 ton single rear wheel truck to tow with. Once you move up to a "premium" bunk house model and there are several out there; you will be looking at 15k weight. This will require the right tow vehicle (1 ton dually) area.
I recommend taking a look at some toy hauler models. The garage on many also serves as a bunk room. Again, watch the weights and make sure you consider what you have or plan to purchase to tow with.
