Wind blocking will help keep things from freezing! Your propane furnace will use a ton or propane keeping warm. I would suggest contacting a propane supplier now and get a LARGE propane tank, and automatic refills! Some ceramic heaters will keep the chill out, one in the basement will help with the holding tanks. Definetly a heated water hose is a must! (I am assuming you will have power at the site?) Another big problem that needs to be addressed is humidity build up inside, will condensate on Windows etc. causing all kinds of problems, and making it feel warm! Good luck!
