i use to use a dehumidifier while i was full timing in southwestern oregon. ran the drain hose through a small gap between the slide out and trailer. the rubber seal was flexible enough to put the hose through..
install a foam backed, wood skirting around the trailer. if you use your awning, don't have it out more than a foot or so. as it will catch the wind and get torn off. also snow will build up and bend the arms, tear the fabric.
so a foot or so, max.. for extending the awning. keep the angel steep, so snow will slide off. and tie it down.. i've had the 15' awning only a couple of feet out and the wind would lift four 5 gallons buckets filled with rocks.
the oil heaters work o.k. a small room fan placed behind one of them will heat a lot better. than two without a fan. be sure to open a vent whenever cooking or taking a shower, you don't need to help the rain bring moisture into the r.v.
if your landlord will let you. build a small covered porch, with two enclosed sides as a entry into your trailer. that will help keep the weather out when opening the door. also if you don't have wheel chocks, get a set.. i used the ones that went between the tires and locked them together. keeping the r.v. more stable.. also i've used 28" long corkscrew hold downs attached to the four corners, to keep the wind from rocking my r.v.
hope some of these suggestions are helpful.
