Does anyone know why the prices for the same TH can vary by over 10K? For example I've seen a Hyper Lite for $22K and the same model for $33K. Even if one comes with a few extras I know it won't be ...

Pretty common as MSRP is just that, a suggested price-point. It can vary widely among dealers as you noted. Going in as informed as possible can save thousands of dollars that could be better utilized paying for fuel to enjoy your new RV.
Most toyhaulers come pretty well equipped from the factory, an $11K difference is substantial (for a $30K rig) even if the TH didn't come with an Onan onboard genny or fuel station installed. Hope you find and get the deal you're looking for. Have fun shopping!!!
