Exactly!
If this was me, I'd become biggest pest that any of the involved parties have ever dealt with. Insurance, dealer, lippert, dexter, primetime...they'd all be on speed dial. There'd be constant letters, emails, phone calls, me sitting at the dealership nagging them to death. As a business owner, I can assure that power of nagging should never be underestimated.
