Problems with buying 3-1/2 hours away
I don't think I'm missing anything here.... Looking to possibly upgrade the 5'r and been working with a guy about 3-1/2 hrs away.. Met him a few times before , almost got our recent trailer from him 7...

We got our last TT about 800 miles away. If you like the dealer and you have a good PDI there should be nothing to fix when you leave. The dealer we used offered us a free night at a park down the street if we wanted but we didn't take them up on it.
We have never broken down with anything we have ever owned while at home so a local dealer means nothing to me. If you have a problem it most likely will be when you're using it.
Go there and if they have what you want at a good price, buy it.
