Problems with buying 3-1/2 hours away
I don't think I'm missing anything here.... Looking to possibly upgrade the 5'r and been working with a guy about 3-1/2 hrs away.. Met him a few times before , almost got our recent trailer from him 7...

There is no debate if there is no local dealer available. The only choice is to travel. However 31/2 hours vs. a local dealer gives one reason to pause to consider options.
My thought is travel if necessary but give local guy a chance to come close on price. If local guy won't deal take the drive.
Be sure to do a thorough PDI and hope you do not have to return to the selling dealer repeatedly
