Propane regulator

Hello,
I have an onan 3600 lp gen set in our trailer and when Teed into the propane line after the regulator and cross over valve the generator is starved for fuel. When hooked up to a bottle by itself with its own regulator it runs fine.
Is there a regulator available that will accommodate the fuel need and allow it to be ran off the same line?

    I'm certainly not the one to answer your question because I have a similar problem. I've been reading about 2-stage regulators. At least on paper they seem like a possible solution.

    Need to 'T' into your propane line prior to regulator (high pressure) and then use the Onan Gen regulator.
