propane tanks?
Do you open both propane tanks at once ( this is what I am doing) or do you do like the guy next door to us and open one tank at a time?

Why not just get two 40 lb bottles? Also, some rigs have an inside indicator (light)that comes when the tank you are using gets low/empty, so you can sometimes avoid that walk at 3 AM to switch the tanks over. To me it is better to use the tanks one at a time without the switch over valve.
