Pros / Cons of residential appliances? (fridge mainly)

Been seeing more residential appliances in fifth wheels, and I'm curious to the advantages and disadvantages of them... I certainly see a big advantage to a "full size" microwave, and no real disadvan...

An 18 to 20 cuft Counter Depth Res Fridge almost fits into the same space as the 12 cuft Norcold or Dometic RV Fridge. So if you could get the RV Fridge out you should be able to get the Res Fridge out.
