I have the rails labeled and always install them in the same fashion since the day I brought it home. A couple of years ago I had a clunking when starting off from a stop. This was related to the bolts on the frame rails on the truck needing to be snugged. I found this out after contacting Pull Rite. After speaking with a rep at Pull Rite yesterday, they believe the problem could be related back to what I experienced a couple of years ago. They said if I even got a minimal turn on the bolts it could have been enough to knock everything out of whack. I called my dealer today and am having them readjust and realign my hitch the next time I'm in for service.
