This is one of many campers we've owned over the last 40 years, last 5 being 5th wheels, never a TH....first one....The wife has managed apartment complexes over the last 25 yrs and I hate to admit it, but she spots things that I don't, and I think I'm pretty good at finding something that needs to be addressed....BUT, we're looking at a different animal...Is there anything I need to check out that I wouldn't look for on a standard 5er? I know it's different. We're transferring our W/D from HR into the Jayco...(they'll install vent)....included in price is the Direct TV Hi-def auto satellite, (have one on HR, but can't take it with Me:)).
I don't care for the tires....wished they would have come with Sailun or GY G614's, but have the Westlake tires on the unit...Don't know if I could get them to swap out tires...
Will get vent covers for all fans in the unit...Anything you can think of that I might not think of? The wife and I REALLY eyeball the unit really well, checking windows, doors, etc.....
I'm hoping the auto leveling system won't be a pain...saw some poor guy with a brand new RV last year with auto level and he was having a HORRID time with it...
