Will probably be next week before we can pick up our new 2016 Seismic 4112....getting slide toppers put on bedroom and kitchen slide and getting the Trav'ler Direct DV HD Slimline satellite put on also, along with vent covers...trying to get all my ducks in a row and take it out for it's "maiden voyage" next weekend, close by to check out everything....First one I've had with a 6 point leveling system..Don't know what to expect after reading about the leveling issues on the Jayco Forums....has me a little concerned....There are 2 heat pumps and the A/C in the garage....two sewage hook-up's, (2 full bathrooms)...guess one gets a T and plumbs both into the single sewage hook-up's at campgrounds? I'm having a 24' wide by 48' long concrete pad poured on our property in WVa and will have two separate sewage hook-up's plumbed in there. Will be shown how to raise and lower bunks in garage and move couches out of the way....sorta like Christmas:)
A bit concerned about back jacks, they seem rather low and hoping I don't drive somewhere that they could drag, that would prove to be disastrous.
When you get ready to disconnect, do you actuate the front jacks manually to lift 5er to where you can pull out from your hitch...just wondering with it being auto leveling.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Jim
You're going to love the 6 point leveling, I know I do! To hitch and unhitch you simply go into manual mode. Very easy to use.
