I have sort of become anti 2nd bath. My current rig has 2 baths.
I have grown to dislike the 2nd bath simply because I don't like dealing with the 2nd set of tanks. If your stationary for longer periods the 2nd bath maybe OK. But dealing with dumping 4 tanks is a PIA especially if you don't really need the 2nd bath. My 2nd bath is slowly becoming a storage closet! I like the idea of the 2nd bath but I hate the reality of the 2nd set of tanks.

Thanks buddy:)....There is just the wife and I , but the idea now is we'll be living in the unit and it will set on our site in WVa from March thru November and then we'll visit family in Ocala Florida and in Houston TX area...probably head "out west" some to see the rest of the country....The garage will be used to keep bicycles in and exercise equip, as well as using it to store things in....no Golf cart planned:).....Will use the garage door more for the "back porch"...it'll be looking out over the Greenbriar River bordering our lot....Two bathrooms, more for if we have grandchildren along....one off master bedroom will be used "mostly", but 2nd. will be on standby...
As an "aside", we won't use tables in the living room, takes up too much space...will use one in garage to eat on, as long as it's conducive to do so...
