Purchase price help needed for 2010 Open Range 345RLS

I am considering a 2010 OR 345RLS. The dealer has it listed for $29,990. I have checked NADA but they do not have OR listed.

What would be a fair price to purchase this fifth wheel trailer?

    Open Range is listed in the complete list, you have to go down and click the box below the short list of mfg. I looked up the 345rls not knowing what options it may have and the low retail was $27500 and the high was $33100.
