I have had the pleasure of meeting and talking to the gentlemen in the video and they were just as nice in person and on the phone as they are in the video. These are not actors in the video. They take there customers recommendations and quality control in build production very seriously. I am a proud owner of a Grand Design Momentum and could not be happier with my decision!!!!!
