Has anyone installed the quadra-step on their 5'er? If so how hard was it & was it worth it? thanks for any answers. Have a great day

The four-step unit I ordered is here and I am ready to install it. DW has a real problem with her knees going up our three steps to our fifth wheel. Hopefully, the installation will go smoothly and she will be back to loving camping! I have an Elkhart Tool & Die unit and its dimensions look correct. Now I'm wondering about the rod that Traveler II mentioned. I'll check that and do whatever I need to get it done!
