Quality built 5th wheel/toy hauler
Hello, I'm new to this so please be kind... I would like opinions on a quality built 5th wheel... We have owned 2 toy haulers, our last was a Heartland Cyclone. I understand they are a house on wheel...

Pro's:
Probably get it cheap
Kids didn't trash it like kids always do
Cons:
Running gear will need going over
Tires will be dry rotted and shot..need replaced
Brakes are probably rusted up, will need to be rebrakes
Probably sat out in the weather, most likely fades/oxidized exterior
Owner had health issue, probably never recaulked or resealed, possible rot and water issues
Bottom Line:
If it's dirt cheap buy it but be prepared for some expense right off.
