I wish I could say I'm shocked but mostly I'm sad that we the consumer kept getting taken like this, over and over. I've been lucky in that I've never had any major issues. I also inspect my RVs before I sign for them and I give the dealer the Pre-Delivery Inspection sheet I plan to use before I arrive - that way that can check for those things before.
