Not on that subject but I read an article about Warren Buffet and the State of Texas. Seems as though Warren (Berkshire Hathaway) bought around 30 new car dealerships in Texas recently and Texas has a State law that forbids anyone owning new car dealerships if that person or entity also manufactures new vehicles (even RV's) so it's all up in the air if Buffet / BH can even sell new cars in Texas. Warren should have done due diligence before he bought those dealerships.
I found that interesting.
How did they change it? I did feel like the dealer wanted me out of there and didn't care if I came back for issues. It left me wondering if the dealer get a better deal on warranty work after the purchase rather than fixing pre delivery.
And Buffet is smarter than that, I'm sure they did their diligence and they are expecting to win and use that to their advantage later.
