The trouble is Keystone and Forest River have a very large market share by cutting labor and material costs. As the competition falls to the way side they are acquired by Keystone or Forest River. Just look at the acquisitions of these two companies in the last ten years. It's kind of like competing with Walmart for the small manufacturers. The CEO of Keystone said about a private manufacturer that they build more RV'S in a week then they built in a year.
