Our new Cougar had the same issue. Sound, but no video.
The Linear Series wallmount unit is easily removed to access the back panel. The outer "trim panel" can be pried off and there are 4 screws that actually mount the unit.
Pull it out and you will see a set of output jacks that should be similar to your normal component outputs on any VCR/DVD home entertainment center. One yellow, one white, one red. The yellow is the video output and should be plugged in from the back of the wall unit with the other end on the TV. The red and the white are audio outputs and should be plugged into the audio inputs that SHOULD be right side by side with the yellow input.
