In my opinion the Trailer Aid is safer than using a bottle jack. The trailer is less likely to slide off a Trailer Aid than a bottle jack. I’ve changed tires on the side off the road and feel safer using my Trailer Aid. As far as repacking bearings-its only one wheel at a time. But if you have more time than MONEY, why not.
