I have heard this so many times it makes my head spin. There is a thing called RAWR. Also if this were true they would not pay when you are intoxicated and at fault in an accident.
So since I am running at my RAWR but 1,000#+ over my GVWR can my insurance void my claim??? Even tho by not adding a single pound to my front axles unloaded weight of 5,250# and loading to my RAWR of 9,750# I simply can't avoid being over my GVWR by 1,000#.
OP if you are under your tires and RAWR limits you are good to go.
