Sure it does. Gas motors tend to have far less towing capacity than diesels. If your considering towing a 10000 GVWR fifth wheel, and strictly speaking you will have no problems. Now if you are asking if the 6.4L hemi will haul the load easily, that is an entirely different question. A gas motor is going to have to work far harder towing the same load. Flat lands you wont feel much difference, but when you get to the hills/mountains your gas motor will be screaming up the hills, where a diesel will simply roll right over the hill. IMHO a 6L gas motor is going to be about maxed out at 10,000 pound load.
