Ramps for Gen. in side compartment

Question

Hello everyone. Need some help I need to know if there is a light weight ramp that I can use to roll my Gen i the side compartment of my RV. I had back surgery last June and I cant pick it up any more. Any Idea's Thanks Jbar88

I use the bolt on ends you attach to dimensional lumber available at big box stores.They double as leveling blocks for the tandem axle.Good Luck, Mike

Yep there should be a way to set up a winch or hoist that would slide in/out of center compartment to assist those of us with bad backs.  I have seen similar things in the front compartment of 5th wheels.

Check harborfreight.com and search "ramps". Should be able to find some there.

I have seen slide out trays made for pickup beds. Maybe one of these could be bolted in the 5th wheel storage area. Then you could simply slide it in and out as needed.
