Thankfully we did not buy in a neighborhood that has a HOA. HOWEVER, the city of Fort Worth has code compliance language that I had to interpret between RV, Large RV, and Oversized RV. In the first part of the ordinance it was clearly defined as to what those definitions were. I then bought an RV that I could store in my driveway based on the ordinance. I would say take a look and see if they have defined "storing" as part of the agreement. If they have not, I think you have a leg to stand on, and if they have, well then you have your answer.
