Those covenants do not always override your city/town's law regarding this. Our town allows 72 hours of parking time to clean, load/unload, and charge batteries. What about your town? It's unlikely any court would rule beyond that. Get a copy of that and shove it in their faces. Agree get a lawyer involved also.
