When we moved into our subdivision it was ok to park as long as it was behind the back line on the house. A couple of years ago someone in the neighborhood put some type of a wild cat and cage in their backyard. The HOA sent out a ballot to make that illegal and tacked on the end to make it illegal to park the RV in the backyard. Typical politics, not vote either or but one box for both so of coarse it passed. I did not park there anyway except maybe two or three days at a time. They tried to enforce the no parking at all thing. I read the covenants, drove around and found over 200 violations. Everything from mailboxes, satellite dishes in the wrong location (including the president of the HOA) to tree houses in the back yard. I went to the meeting and told them when those 200 violations were corrected I would stop parking in the driveway for a couple days at a time, otherwise it looked like selective enforcement to me. All of a sudden they decided it would be ok for me to park while loading and unloading.
