Ask the HOA president where in the CC&R's is the RV restriction. This will let you know how long you can keep it at the house.
We live in a HOA and it does have it's benefits too along with the rules. It's just a matter of what you are willing to tolerate. We are allowed to bring our RV home for 24 hrs at a time after that nasty grams and fines. When we go on our long vacations I have the RV home for 48 hrs and I'm waiting for the fine. I'll pay it when it comes. I agreed to the rules when we moved here and when we get tired of it we'll move.
