Ours says 72 hours, but I never push it. We try to get in and out the same day or at least by the next morning. I do my major work on it in storage.
I elect to live in a neighborhood with an HOA to avoid rural trash heaps that feel entitled because they are free to do what they want. In return I work with the neighbors and even though they didn't like it at first, we have all come to a very workable arrangement for the last 10 years I have lived here. Now my wife is even on the board.
