We had the same problem with our HOA. What I did was email them and tell them the arrival dates it would be at the house. This kept the drive by Nazi's from taking pics and reporting me. I was able to park old rig in my side yard in front of the fence. Then we bought a bigger rig that would not fit in the yard so I parked it in the street and guess what ( a ticket was attached ). Come to find out it could only be parked on the city street for the purpose's of unloading or loading.
My solution was to sell the house and go FULL TIME
