Rant! HOA "storing" issues.

Our HOA allows 7 days a month. You can go the the office and get another 7 days for special reasons like getting it ready to leave for the winter on a Snowbird trip. During new construction or major remodel you can get an extended permit.
We also have our own community storage lot. I have one site with electric included and one without for $48 per month. I have a 24' box off a delivery truck on one of the lots. It has the nice roll up door.
It has our 12'4" dinghy, golf cart and other junk in it.
And yes I would not buy in a HOA again, as you check you individual rights at the gate to a handful of community members that run the community as if it is their private experiment in control over the residents. When they make mistakes they bury them under piles of the resident money. Chris
